Riordan’s launched their Female Pathway Program that will develop career progression for females in the grain and transport industries.
Jim Riordan, Managing Director of Riordan Grain and his Senior Management Team are passionate about providing career progression for females across the business. They have engaged Envisage HR in Geelong to facilitate training that will develop skills and encourage women to grow their careers.
The twelve-month course aims to motivate, develop and empower females to excel in their workplace. Topic modules include Effective Communication, Assertiveness and Networking Strategies, Mental Health, and First Aid.
