Riordan’s Transport Pathways Program Welcomes New Recruits

Riordan’s Grain Services (RGS) is proud to welcome Bailey Trotter and Hudson Latch as the newest members of the RGS team through the Transport Pathways Program.

The Transport Pathways Program is a long-standing initiative at Riordan’s, designed to provide young people with a hands-on introduction to the transport industry. This program is ideal for those passionate about trucks and machinery, offering them an opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills from day one.

Bailey and Hudson have recently embarked on their journey in the program, where they will be immersed in all aspects of Riordan’s operations. Their experience will include time spent in the wash bay, assisting in the workshop, and contributing to general operations as they rotate through different RGS sites. This structured approach ensures they gain comprehensive knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the business.

Sixteen-year-old Hudson is thrilled to be part of the team, eager to learn, and excited to explore his love for trucks in a professional environment. His enthusiasm and commitment make him a great fit for the program, and he is already making the most of this opportunity.

The Transport Pathways Program continues to be a cornerstone of Riordan’s commitment to fostering young talent and strengthening the future of the transport industry. As Bailey and Hudson progress through the program, they will gain invaluable skills and insights, setting them on the path to a successful career in transport.

RGS looks forward to supporting them on this journey and seeing them grow within the industry.
